Abstract

Changes in the landscape of organizations and the evolution of the knowledge era have fundamentally changed the behavior of professionals who seek to develop skills, agility and creativity so that they can act more effectively and efficiently in their work activities. This perspective, with the improvement of skills and knowledge of employees about the activities performed on the organizational environment, generating performance improvement is not only for the employee but for the company, which will strengthen the achievement of its goals and objectives.
