AbstractThe E-Retailing in India is playing a significant role in the growth of Indian economy. The increased usage of internet and the growing advent of smart phones has fuelled the growth of online shopping. Indian consumers are preferring different types of retailing formats due to change in Preferences, Lifestyle and Spending pattern. This demographic shifts in population creates an opportunities for e-retailers to grow at a faster rate. Online purchase is the current trend in Indian e-retailing specifically in shopping goods. It is an opportunity for e-retailers to increase awareness and influence the buyers to purchase. This paper analyses customer satisfaction towards e-retailing since this is the key for any business organization to grow. This study has used primary data collected through convenient sampling to analyze significant factors through ANOVA & factor analysis which differ across different demographic variables such as age, income, education, occupation & income. An attempt has been made to understand the elements that can be used for customer satisfaction for building perpetual relationship with the customer.
